State of the Art: Reporting,
Techniques & Equipment
Our inspectors will employ the latest techniques, training and
technology to ensure a thorough and timely inspection of the
property's major systems and components affording greater
confidence in your decision making process.
The Home Inspection:
Every home has it’s share of little
problems. Old or new, most are far from perfect. For this reason
alone, a thorough home inspection provides inexpensive piece of
mind. For buyers and sellers alike, our goal is to provide
affordable reassurance that a home’s idiosyncrasies -- its “little
problems” -- aren’t actually “BIG PROBLEMS just waiting to take an
unwelcome bite out of your budget. As paid pessimists, it is our
job to find and point out defects within the homes systems and
structure -- A job we take VERY SERIOUSLY.
Inspection of an average single family home generally takes two to
three hours, and we encourage our clients to attend the inspection,
that we may better answer your questions -- along the way.
Thoroughly trained and equipped, each Area
