You'll find our rates are quite competitive, but vary
according to size, type and age of home with nominal fees for
homes over 30 years of age, crawlspaces, detached
garages ( separate structures), each bathroom over 3, and homes over

Cancellation and Trip Fees
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, properties to which we
are denied access, or properties we are unable to inspect because
utilities are off may be subject to a $75.00
